Our Mission
Zermatt Holdings is a private holding company with a portfolio of interests and active presence in financial services, wealth & asset management, direct real estate.
Zermatt Holdings LLC has private interests in multiple companies in the financial services, asset management, and wealth management sectors on a national basis. We seek opportunities to constructively invest in wealth advisors and their books of business, select broker-dealers, register investment advisors and boutique investment managers. Additionally, Zermatt Holdings LLC opportunistically invests in direct real estate, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.

OUR TEAM
Louis began his brokerage career in 1987 and has over thirty years of experience including time at Merrill Lynch, Prudential Securities, PaineWebber, and Morgan Stanley. During his career he managed a $1.5 billion. He is currently CEO of Hayden Royal and Owner of Zermatt Wealth Partners. Louis’s extensive background in recruiting and transitioning over 30 advisors within his 32 years experience in the financial services industry has given Hayden Royal a strategic advantage regarding Leadership, experience, vision and creativity.
Louis currently holds his 3,7, 24, 63, 65, along with his Life, Accident and Health Insurance licenses.
Dr. Meyer Dworsky is a neonatologist in Huntsville, Alabama and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Crestwood Medical Center and Hill Hospital of Sumter County. He received his medical degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Meyer is actively involved in the strategic vision of Zermatt Holdings and assists in business partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and the efficiencies of our day to day business opportunities.
